Ready Stock & Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

For pre-order items, purchases will be placed with our suppliers immediately after your order is confirmed. Cancellation, refunds, or exchanges are not allowed once the order has been placed.
Ready stock items will be shipped on the same day or the next business day after payment has been confirmed.Estimated delivery time is 1–3 days (excluding public holidays).
The estimated pre-order waiting period is 14–25 days (excluding international shipping, customs inspections, public holidays, and unforeseen delays). Actual arrival times may vary depending on logistics. Urgent orders are not accepted.
Pre-order items and ready stock items must be placed in separate orders. Otherwise, all items will be shipped together only after the pre-order items have arrived.
If an item in your order becomes out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may contact us via WhatsApp to choose one of the following options:• A full refund or ⬇️
• Replacement with another product.

If the replacement product is priced lower than the original item, the remaining balance will be refunded. If the replacement product is priced higher, the price difference must be paid before shipment can be arranged.
Product colors, packaging, and versions may vary depending on the production batch. Please refer to the actual product received.
In the event of supplier stock shortages, product discontinuation, or procurement issues, customers will be notified and offered a refund or replacement option.
Minor dents, scuffs, creases, or wear on outer packaging caused during international shipping are not considered product defects.
Upon receiving your parcel, you must record a complete unedited unboxing video before opening the package. The video must clearly show all sides of the parcel, the shipping label, and the entire unboxing process without interruption or editing.
To request after-sales support for missing items, incorrect items, damaged products, or similar issues, a complete unedited unboxing video meeting the above requirements must be provided as proof.
Claims submitted without a complete unedited unboxing video, or where the video does not clearly demonstrate that the issue existed prior to opening the parcel, will not be eligible for refunds, replacements, compensation, or reshipment.
If an incorrect item is received, please contact customer service first and return the item according to the instructions provided.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the returned item has been received and verified.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for personal reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with color, size issues, or accidental/duplicate purchases.
All refund or claim requests must be submitted within 24 hours of parcel delivery. Requests submitted after this period will be considered acceptance of the order in good condition.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Ready Stock, Pre-Order, and After-Sales Terms and Conditions.

🇯🇵 现货和预购下单协议：

预购产品下单后我们将立即向供应商采购，不支持中途取消、退款或更换商品。
现货商品将在付款确认后尽快安排当天或明日发货。邮寄时常大约1-3天抵達（不含节假日）
预购周期约 14-25 天（不含国际运输、海关查验及节假日影响），实际到货时间以物流情况为准，不接急单。
预购商品请与现货商品分开下单，否则将待预购商品到齐后统一发货。
如您订购的商品出现缺货情况，我们将尽快通知您。您可通过 WhatsApp 联系我们选择以下处理方式：• 全额退款或⬇️
• 更换为其他商品。

若您选择的替代商品金额低于原订单商品金额，我们将退还差额余额；如金额高于原订单商品金额，则需补付差额后方可安排发货。
商品颜色、包装及版本可能因批次不同而有所差异，请以实际收到商品为准。
如遇厂家缺货、停产或无法采购等情况，将另行通知并安排退款或换款。
海外运输过程中，外包装出现轻微挤压、磨损、折痕等情况不属于质量问题。
收到包裹后，请务必在开箱前录制完整开箱视频，视频需清晰拍摄包裹四周、运单信息及开箱全过程，不得中断或剪辑。
如需申请商品缺失、寄错商品、破损等售后服务，必须提供符合要求的完整开箱视频作为凭证。
未提供完整开箱视频，或视频无法清楚证明问题发生于开箱前，恕无法受理相关退款、补发或赔偿申请。
如收到错误商品，请先联系客服处理，并按要求将商品退回。
经确认收到退回商品且核实无误后，将安排退款或补发正确商品。
因个人原因（不喜欢、颜色与想象不同、尺寸不合适、重复购买等）恕不接受退款或退货申请。
所有退款申请须于签收后 24 小时内提出，逾期将视为商品已确认无误。
下单即表示同意以上预购条款。
